OFFERINGS

Offerings
September 9, 2026 - November 18, 2026
Wednesdays From 10:00am - 11:30am
All are Welcome Anytime - No RSVP Needed

These offerings are designed to tap into our unconscious through quieting ourselves. Journaling, movement, walking through the Enneagram and exploring Centering Prayer are all ways we travel into our own lives and our own stories, and where we meet God along the way. The more available we are to God, the more available we are to truly love ourselves, one another and the world. In a safe space, we are free to explore the depths of our souls, search for meaning, and share as we see fit, all within our spiritual community. We believe that when we can bridge the gap between our busy minds and the Spirit, through creativity and listening, we become more aware of our purpose for what God has for us while in turn allows us to be more compassionate towards ourselves and others.

  • Sister Clare and Brother Francis

    Deacon Kit was recently blessed to go to Assisi, the home of Sister Clare and Brother Francis.  She will share 5 days of exploration and learning there with pictures and stories about the two of them.  We’ve all heard about St. Francis, but here’s the chance to know more about St. Clare.

    Meeting Times:
    10.21 | 11.11
    St. Laurence Church
    {26812 Barkley Road, Conifer}

  • Spiritual Writing Workshop

    Misty Keasler will guide us through a free writing process which is the practice of writing continuously for a set amount of time without stopping to edit or censor yourself. You simply follow a prompt and keep your pen moving until the timer runs out—even if all you can think to write is that you don’t know what to say or that you dislike the pen you’re using. This process helps bypass surface-level thoughts, opening a doorway into the subconscious. For some, writing in this way becomes a kind of spiritual practice, a way to access deeper, more intuitive layers of the mind.

    Meeting Time:
    9.30 | 10.28 | 11.18
    St. Laurence Church
    {26812 Barkley Road, Conifer}

  • How to be Jesus‘ Disciple

    Sylvia Olney will teach us how to be Jesus’ disciple. We call ourselves Christians but many of us have never actually received instruction in how to live life as a student of Jesus.  It’s not simply about having some “right“ answers.  We understand that ultimately we are saved by grace but Jesus and his apostles had very clear things to say about what the Christian life looks like, what our calling really is, and what it entails.  Come and learn what the point of the inner journey is!

    Meeting Times:
    9.16 | 10.7 | 11.4
    St. Laurence Church
    {26812 Barkley Road, Conifer}

  • Guided Meditation & Sensory Stations

    Katie Ogdon and Jane Gillies will lead us through a guided meditation and sensory stations. Our time together is an inner experience offered through a personalized meditation as each individual will experience something uniquely different through contemplation.  This offering explores three different types of meditation; guided, sensory and sharing in hopes that when we are quiet and listen to others, we experience God within and return to our true selves.

    Meeting Time:
    9.9
    St. Laurence Church
    {26812 Barkley Road, Conifer}

“The coming to consciousness is not a discovery of some new thing; it is a long and painful return to that which has always been”. - Helen Luke
